2. Description of Services

WebPPhoto offers free online tools for:

Image cropping
Background removal
Background addition
Image resizing (in pixels)
Conversion to WebP format

All features are currently free. In the future, paid accounts may be introduced with benefits such as faster queue-free processing, ad-free experience, and enhanced editing capabilities.

3. Prohibited Usage

You agree not to upload, submit, or use the service for content that:

Contains NSFW, pornographic, or offensive material
Violates any applicable law or regulation
Infringes on any third-party intellectual property rights
Is submitted through automated or bulk requests via scripts or API without prior approval

4. Image Ownership and Processing

All rights to uploaded images remain with the user. We do not store uploaded files on our servers. Image processing occurs in real time and all data is discarded immediately after processing. Files are handled temporarily within the user's session and browser environment (e.g., via IndexedDB).

5. Advertising and Monetization

The service displays third-party advertising (e.g., Google AdSense) to cover infrastructure and development costs. In the future, users may subscribe to paid plans to remove ads and unlock additional features.

6. Limitation of Liability

WebPPhoto is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

That your uploaded files will be preserved
That the output will meet your quality expectations
That the service will be uninterrupted or error-free

7. API Access and B2B Integration

WebPPhoto does not offer public API access at this time. Businesses or developers interested in integrating the service via API are invited to contact us for a custom solution with appropriate limits and terms.

8. Jurisdiction

This service is developed and operated from Ukraine. While we strive to comply with global data and legal standards, any legal concerns should be addressed through direct communication first. We encourage users to contact us before initiating any formal action.

9. Changes to Terms
